You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, production begins and changes may not be possible. Contact our support team for assistance.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status from the "My Orders" section in your dashboard.

Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery takes 5–7 working days. Express delivery (2–3 working days) is available for select locations at an additional charge.

Returns & Refunds
Because our products are personalised, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your order is damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery — your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected. See our Refund Policy for details.

We offer photo prints, canvas prints, framed prints, wall art, photo books, mugs, cushions, phone cases, keyrings, magnets, and many more personalised gifts.
For the best results, we recommend images with at least 300 DPI resolution. Higher resolution images produce sharper, more detailed prints.
Yes! Our personalisation tool shows you a real-time preview of how your photo will look on the product before you add it to cart.
We use premium quality materials — archival photo paper, museum-grade canvas, solid wood frames, and ceramic mugs. Each product page lists the specific materials used.
Account & Privacy
Click "Sign Up" on our website and enter your name, email, and password. You'll be able to track orders, save photos, and manage your preferences.
Yes, we take privacy seriously. Your personal data is encrypted and never shared with third parties. Photos are used only for creating your products.
You can delete your account from the dashboard settings. Go to your dashboard, scroll down, and click "Delete Account". This action is permanent.
Photos are stored securely in your Photo Library for easy reordering. You can manage them from your dashboard. Photos may be auto-deleted after a set period for privacy.

Yes! We offer special pricing for orders of 50+ units. Contact us at our support email with your requirements for a custom quote.

Bulk orders typically take 7–14 business days depending on the quantity and product type. We'll provide a timeline when you share your requirements.
